LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY


Cp Thornton Guitars warrantees our guitars to the original owner against defective materials or workmanship. We will restore the guitar so that it functions to original standards free of charge. The owner is responsible for paying for shipping and insurance.

This warranty does not cover wear and tear from usage; accidental damage; finish damage caused by extremes of temperature or humidity or exposure to chemicals; or damage caused by other repair-persons.

Third party electronics are not covered under this warranty.  They are covered by their own manufacturer's warranty.

Cp Thornton guitars will make all decisions as to whether damage is covered by this warranty.

Cp Thornton Guitars assumes liability only for repair of the guitar or its parts. We do not include coverage or compensation for incidental or consequential damages.

Some states have warranty laws that may grant consumers additional rights not otherwise contained in this warranty.
